Where do I find my paint color code?
- Check the door jamb, glove box and under the hood. You can also try calling your dealership with your VIN and ask for your paint code.
What should I do if my color code is not in the color code selection?
- Please email us and put your color name and code in the comment section when checking out.
Are your products OEM, EEC(Europe), SAE(USA) certified for regular aftermarket?
- All our parts are certified for regular aftermarket part unless otherwise stated in the description of the item.

Painted Parts: All painted products are FINAL SALE & NON-REFUNDABLE. Our painted products and services are customized to meet individual specifications, therefore we DO NOT issue any returns. If for any reason an item that has been purchased is defective, broken, damaged, or not as described, please email us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate an EXCHANGE ONLY. We will provide instructions on the necessary steps to return the item to us and process another one to replace it.
Unpainted Parts: Unpainted parts may be returned within 15 days after receiving the item, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition with all components and accessories intact. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. Customer must return the item in its original packaging to prevent damages during transit. LexusSignal has the right to refuse to refund the customer if the product is damaged due to insufficient packaging or has been mounted, installed or used.
For items that are damaged when shipped via freight, customers must refuse the item, DO NOT sign the free & clear waiver provided by the driver, and contact us immediately to file an insurance claim. If customers have signed the free & clear waiver (which states that you have checked the part and it is free of damages) when receiving the part, your claim may not be approved.
We do not cover or reimburse miscellaneous expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.
